Donut with marmolada and powdered sugar

Description
A traditional Polish doughnut (pączek) made exactly the old-fashioned way.
Each pączek is filled with either authentic plum jam or traditional marmolada — a thick fruit filling made from a blend of fruits such as plum, raspberry, and strawberry — and finished with either a light dusting of powdered sugar or a classic sugar glaze.

Our dough is prepared using simple, natural ingredients — just flour, eggs, butter, sugar, milk, yeast, and real fruit filling.
No artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives.

In keeping with true Polish tradition, our pączki are fried in natural pork lard, not modern seed oils. This method has been used for generations and gives pączki their classic flavour, aroma, and rich texture. We prefer lard as a more traditional cooking fat compared with seed oils, which contain high levels of omega-6 fatty acids.
