This is a large traditional Polish light rye sourdough bread, weighing approximately 1 kg.
It is made using only wheat, rye flour, natural sourdough cultures, salt, a small amount of yeast, and water — no other ingredients.
When stored in a closed container in the refrigerator, it stays fresh for over a week.
The loaf is perfect for slicing and freezing. Frozen slices can be toasted as needed, giving you fresh, traditional Polish bread whenever you want.
